Swinging 60's New Years Eve Party

Set on a rural property in Shepparton, Black Tie provided a delicious menu for 30 at a  New Year's Eve celebration.  Set with crocheted rugs, records, and costumes, a brilliant night was had by all, complete with 60s music!

Canapes on arrival

  • Sweet corn panna cotta, young mizuna, cayenne pepper [V, GF]
  • Prawn, coriander, Vietnamese rice paper roll 
  • Mandarin pancake, slow roasted duck breast, cucumber, hoi sin
  • Fig, blue cheese, caramelised onion pizzetta, thyme [V]
  • Goats cheese and fennel fritter, red capsicum relish [V, GF]
  • Coffin Bay oyster with lime segments, mint and pickled ginger [GF]

  • Chermoula coated lamb rack, smoked eggplant
  • Pan roasted Barramundi fillet, preserved lemon mash, pickled fennel, green bean, Kalamata olive and rocket salad, a la grecque dressing


  • Pumpkin, rocket, marinated fetta, almond [GF]
  • Baked kipfler potatoes, dukkah, olive oil [GF]
  • Baby cos, coddled egg, parmesan, croustade, mustard and anchovy [GF]
